• All sales final. No exchanges or repair accepted unless submitted with a repair merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
  • All merchandise received without an RMA will be refused. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • All return merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking fee. No guarantee for broken glass, missing parts or color change and will be returned at the customer's expense.
  • Merchandise that is damaged during shipping must be claimed by UPS.
  • Absolutely no returns or exchanges after 7 days of invoice date. Shortages or any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Claims made after 48 hours will be refused.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for any reason.
